Matrix Security Group Limited is a 100% New Zealand owned company and has been trading since 1993. We have bases throughout Auckland.
Matrix Security is an accredited member of the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA), the industry body charged with improving security performance standards and ethics throughout the country. We regularly undergo intensive independent auditing to ensure that as a leading security provider we comply with the NZSA Codes of Practice.

Matrix in the Community
Matrix Security recognises that it is part of the wider community in which it operates. We have an enduring sponsorship arrangement with Mercy Hospice and we have for several years assisted the Auckland Parkinsons Society and Kids First.
Our People
All Matrix Security's dedicated operations and sales staff are licensed and trained as required under security industry legislation. As a recognised leader and subject matter expert in industry training, Matrix Security has an active role in the development of NZQA Qualifications, assessment standards and training resources for the security industry.
Our commitment to Health and Safety is evident throughout Matrix Security. We firmly believe that the safety and wellbeing of our staff is of the highest priority, and have attained Tertiary Accreditation through ACC's Work Safe Management Programme.

Jason Rogers
Independent Director and Chairman
Mr Rogers has a background in private company management, private equity, investment banking and property, in New Zealand, Australian, European and North American markets.
Mr Rogers is Chairman and non-executive Director of numerous private companies. He is also a principal shareholder in a number of private companies.
Humphry Rolleston
Shareholder and Director
Mr. Rolleston is a director of four New Zealand public companies – Sky Network Television Ltd, Property for Industry Ltd, Mercer Group Ltd and Infratil Ltd. He is Chairman of Craigpine Timber Ltd, Murray and Co. Ltd and Fraser Macandrew Ryan Ltd in New Zealand and in Australia he is Chairman of Simmonds Lumber Pty Ltd and ANZCRO Pty Ltd.
Mr Rolleston, through his companies, owns private businesses operating in New Zealand and the UK. He is a fellow of both the New Zealand Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Institute of Management.
Scott J Carter
CEO, Shareholder and Director
Mr Carter is a former police officer, a past chairman of the Board of the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA), a Director of the ETITO, Chairman of the New Zealand Rugby League Inc. and is a Member of the Institute of Directors. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
