A Green Reflector is placed at the entrance to your home or driveway. This ensures we recognise your home as a priority for patrols and inspections.

The all-inclusive GRS services are:

• Matrix Security drive-by patrols at random times throughout day and night.
• Matrix Security officer visually checking of surrounding areas.
• Alarm monitoring by the Matrix Security 24x7 call centre.
• Free immediate dispatch of a Matrix Security officer if an alarm activation occurs.

Green Reflector Service Plus

Selected suburbs only $120.00 ex GST per month

All the Green Reflector services are included along with home management for when you are away – clearing mail, etc. This service is particularly suitable for people who are regularly away from home.

Green Reflector Patrol Service Only

Selected suburbs only $54.00 ex GST per month

Includes:

• Matrix Security Green Reflector on driveway.
• Matrix Security officer visually checking of surrounding areas.
• 24x7 Matrix Security patrols to observe and visually inspect your property on a random basis.
• Immediate action and Matrix Security attendance as required if any issues are detected or if neighbours alert the company with relevant concerns

Hot List: Security home management when you are not at home

$20.00 ex GST per day for non monitored Matrix Security clients

$10.00 ex GST per day for Matrix Security clients

Includes:

• Mail collection and storage.
• Newspaper and junk mail removal.
• Foot patrols of exterior of property (minimum of 2 daily).
• Security check of all exterior windows/doors.
• Other services upon request.

Alarm monitoring 24x7

$36.80 ex GST per month

Alarm monitoring alone means there is an immediate dispatch of a Matrix Security patrol to your alarm activations for an additional $64.00 ex GST per call out.

Importantly, the home owner/occupier is responsible for calling the Matrix Security call centre to cancel accidental or false activations.

Green Reflector and Green Reflector Plus Services detail the combined monitoring/patrol services offered by Matrix Security for one fixed fee per month. Alarm monitoring on its own is a less costly alternative but home owners/occupants are exposed to an unknown charge per security officer callout.

Connection Fee and Technical Services

If you already have an alarm system but it needs to be connected for monitoring a Matrix Security technician may need to be dispatched.

For one-year service agreements this one-off service, including traveling time, is $160.00 ex GST for the first hour and $30.00 ex GST per 15 minutes thereafter
