We offer fully integrated security services, including alarm installation, alarm monitoring, static security, commercial patrols, residential patrols, function security and our exclusive Green Reflector patrols.  We operate our own 24-hour Call Centre to ensure prompt response to alarm activations and customer enquiries.

As a member of the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA), Matrix Security takes our clients responsibilities seriously.  You can trust our Security Officers to protect you with a professional and positive approach to your security issues. 

Prospective employees have to pass a rigorous pre-employment selection process and probationary Security Officers undergo an induction and basic training programme, after which they are enrolled in NZQA-approved ITO training to attain National Certificates in Security.

All Security Officers carry a Matrix Security ID badge and a Certificate of Approval (COA) from the Department for Courts.  They wear our distinctive green and white Matrix Security uniform and, where required, high visibility vests.
