Matrix Security is an accredited member of the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA), the industry body charged with improving security performance standards and ethics throughout the country. We regularly undergo intensive independent auditing to ensure that as a leading security provider we comply with the NZSA Codes of Practice.

All Matrix Security's dedicated operations and sales staff are licensed and trained as required under security industry legislation. As a member of the Security Industry Training Advisory Board (SITAB) we assist with education and training within the security industry.

Scott J Carter – CEO, Shareholder and Director
Scott Carter is a former police officer, the immediate past Chairman and a Member of the Board of the NZSA, a Director of the ETITO, a Director of New Zealand Rugby League Inc. and a Member of the Institute of Directors; and holds a post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Humphry Rolleston – Shareholder and Director
Humphry Rolleston is a Director of four New Zealand public companies - Sky Network Television Ltd, Property for Industry Ltd, Broadway Industries Ltd and Infratil Ltd. He is Chairman of Craigpine Timber Ltd, Murray & Co Ltd and Fraser Macandrew Ryan Ltd, and Chairman of Australia's Simmonds Lumber Pty Ltd, ANZCRO Pty Ltd and a director of Lignor Pty Ltd.
Through his companies, Mr Rolleston owns private businesses operating in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He is a fellow of both the New Zealand Institute of Directors and the New Zealand Institute of Management.
Jason Rogers – Independent Director and Chairman
Jason Rogers has a background in private company management, private equity, investment banking and property in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and North America.
He is principal of Rogers & Associates Co Ltd and Pacific Properties One Ltd, Chairman of Salus Clubs Limited and Spaceships Limited; a Director of Waukaue Holdings and an Independent Director of Motor 1 Ltd.
